Find out how affordable counseling can be for couples and individuals using short term and evidence-based interventions. My program offers marriage and couple’s therapy developed consistent with your personal core value system. Each session is structured using your priorities and specific resources to find solutions. Brief therapy requires less time and money to get the results you want. The first consultation appointment is free. There is no risk or obligation for you to come in and discuss your goals in a confidential setting. Discover how therapy works and whether it is right for you and your family.

Personal Counseling
Individual counseling sessions are structured for personal reflection in a safe environment to examine hard subjects interfering with your life. Individual counseling works to create clarity and empower personal knowledge to address immediate concerns and goals.
Marriage or Couples Counseling
Marriage or couples counseling address the relationship and improve communication to find solutions. Our conversation will focus on strengthening self-empowerment and encourage the recognition of each partner’s personal responsibility. We will identify coping strategies and co-construct the tools necessary to heal the pain and stress associated with your personal life transitions.
Family Counseling
Family counseling provides a safe space for each member to find their voice and feel heard. This modality includes the attendance of the entire family to establish meaningful solutions. Family members may invite remote parents, ex-spouses, extended family, friends, teachers, neighbors, or others identified as contributing to the family dynamics. I offer experience in conflict negotiation and resolution which helps clarify the problem and encourage new perspectives to understand and find solutions. This modality takes a little longer and therefore each session is 100- minutes (2 hours).

Specializing in Conflict Resolution for adults struggling with emotional outbursts or unwanted behavior associated with anger, frustration, and fear. I can help you calm the chaos affecting your life. My office offers a safe place to help you heal and recover. Personalized sessions are tailored to each unique situation. Don’t let emotional outbursts govern your behavior.
Infidelity or Divorce Recovery
Infidelity can leave a partner struggling with intense feelings of betrayal. Relationships often fail from these feelings with no way to recover. Divorce does not have to be your only option. Marriage counseling provides a safe space to share, problem-solve, build trust, and develop intimacy. My program gives primary focus to the relationship and offers evidence-based strategies to find relief and inspire honest communication to promote healing.

Fees & Payment Options:
My office does not accept insurance directly. A Superbill of services rendered will be available to you for submission to your provider for reimbursement.
- First 50-Minute Consultation: Free.
- Individual 50-minute (1 hour) Therapy Services: $150 per session.
- Couples 75-minute (1.5 hours)Therapy Services: $185 per session.
- Family are 100 Minutes (2 hours) Therapy Services : $250 per session.
- Payments Accepted: Cash, Visa, Master Charge, & American Express.

Your right to a “Good faith estimate”
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
- A Good Faith Estimate from your provider will be provided with a request in writing at least 1 business day before your service appointment.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 817-266-8676.
